Emanuel Robert Maah (born March 25, 1985 in Paris ) is a French football player . The striker has been under contract with Gazélec FC Ajaccio in Ligue 2 since summer 2016 .
Career
The career of Maah began in 2005 with his move to AS Bari in the Italian Serie B . After he had meanwhile played a half series for Ravenna Calcio in Serie C1 , AC Pro Sesto signed him in early 2007 . There he scored seven goals in 20 games in the 2007/08 season and had five goals in 18 appearances in the first half of the 2008/09 season. In early 2009, US Grosseto brought him into Serie B. There he could not prevail. He left the club in the summer of 2009 for the Belgian first division club Excelsior Mouscron , but could only score two goals there in the first half of the 2009/10 season .
Maah returned to Italy in early 2010 and joined Como Calcio in Lega Pro. After eight goals in the 2010/11 season, AS Cittadella gave him the opportunity to prove himself again in Serie B in the summer of 2011. He was able to assert himself as a regular in the storm. At the beginning of 2013, the Romanian first division club CFR Cluj signed him . With his new team he was able to qualify for the Europa League at the end of the 2013/14 season . In the summer of 2014 he moved to US Orléans in the French Ligue 2 .
For the 2015/16 season Maah moved to the Turkish second division club Göztepe Izmir and played here for one season. In the summer of 2016, his contract was not renewed. Maah was without a club for two months before joining Gazélec FC Ajaccio in Ligue 2 in mid-August 2016 .
