Robert Scholderer

Robert Scholderer (born June 4, 1968 in Munich ) is a German scientist and entrepreneur.

Live and act

Robert Scholderer is a descendant of the artist Otto Scholderer , he was born in 1968 in Munich-Pasing , after completing his professional training as an electrical installer in Munich, he completed his second education and from 1990 to 1996 at the Ludwig Maximilians University and the Technical University of Munich mathematics and Studied computer science. From 1997 to 2001 he worked at what was then the University of Karlsruhe (TH) (today's Karlsruhe Institute of Technology ) , where he did his doctorate with a thesis on the Service Level Agreement (SLA). In April 2009 he completed his habilitation with a thesis on manufacturing and value creation for the improvement of ICT services at the Technical University of Ilmenau , where he is still a guest lecturer.

Parallel to his doctorate and habilitation, Scholderer initially worked as a consultant for the TTI-Tectran consultancy network in Munich and founded G-NE GmbH in Karlsruhe in 2000 with three business partners , which he sold in 2011. In August 2008 he founded MetaOne GmbH (today Scholderer GmbH ), which - in accordance with its own focus - focuses on accompanying and advising companies and IT service providers in the formulation and administration of outsourcing contracts and service level agreements (SLA ) specialized. To date, Scholderer has concluded more than 1,500 SLA agreements with a volume of around three billion euros. He was the first consulting company in Germany to recognize Bitcoins as the currency for the digital payment of bills and fees.

From 2009 to 2013 Scholderer was a member of the advisory board of the central europe computer measurement group (cecmg) . For his entrepreneurial work and the models he created for SLA such as SOUSIS , he has received several innovation awards. In 2018 he launched ITSL (IT Standard Service Language) as an alternative to ITIL, a new standard language for IT infrastructure and SLA. He also holds a patent for a method and an arrangement for quality monitoring of IT services, whereby the services stipulated in an SLA are linked to target agreements and information on damages and the data obtained in this way are used for customer-specific control of service simulators.

In 2019, Scholderer hired the former managing director of the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) , Jürgen Dierlamm, and the former chief information officer and IT division manager of the trading company Edeka , Dirk Kastner, for his company. In 2020, Scholderer will host the nationwide first avatar-supported online congress in the IT industry.
