Robert Theodor Heyne

Robert Theodor Heyne (born April 13, 1815 in Witznitz near Borna , † November 13, 1848 in Dresden ) was a German councilor of appeal .

Robert Theodor Heyne was born the son of a clergyman. He initially received lessons from his father and later attended the Princely School in Grimma . At Easter 1833 he began to study law at the University of Leipzig and passed his exam there at Easter 1836. After completing his studies, he was first a legal candidate and later a court actuary for the lawyer and court director Dr. August Ludwig Mothes (born May 15, 1794 - † January 19, 1856) in Leipzig.

In 1837 Robert Theodor Heyne gave up his position at the court and his request was granted to participate as an auditor in the work of the appellate court in Dresden. In 1840 he was appointed actuary at the Budissin district office , after holding one of the assessments there on an interim basis (assessor position at the court) and administering the courts in Schönbach . In 1842 he was called back to the appellate court in Dresden as a laborer "cum voto plono" ("with full voice"). 1843 he was appointed as an assessor on Appeal in Dresden and in 1844 he appeared as Commissionsrath in the newly established Commission for the introduction of the law on primary and mortgage being one.

In 1847 he became a councilor of appeal at the Dresden appellate court and was a member of the commission for examining the lawyers' specimina.

Due to a measles disease, he died at the age of 33.
