Roberta Huebner

Roberta Hübner (born August 11, 1965 in Bad Schwartau ) is a judge at the Federal Fiscal Court (BFH), Germany's highest court for tax law .

career

Roberta Hübner studied law at the universities of Hamburg and Singapore . She completed her studies in 1989 with the first state examination. In 1993, the second state examination followed after the legal clerkship . Roberta Hübner then worked as a commercial lawyer in the legal department of a company in Hamburg, before moving to a law firm in Frankfurt am Main . In 1996 she began her career in the justice service of the state of Saxony-Anhalt . In 1999 she became a public prosecutor at the Halle public prosecutor's office and in May 2002 a judge at the Saxony-Anhalt Finance Court . On September 1, 2009 she was appointed judge at the Federal Fiscal Court. There she belongs to the Xth Senate of the Federal Fiscal Court, which is responsible for income taxation of individual traders and pension taxation.
