Career

Bisconti began his career at the Belgian first division Standard Liège , for whom he played three more times in the course of his career. He belonged there together with Régisgenaux , Philippe Léonard and Michaël Goossens of a generation of players who were also called "the musketeers" of Standard Liège due to their promising career start.

He then worked for RFC Seraing , AC Monza Brianza , Sporting Charleroi , FC Aberdeen , Rapid Bucharest , OGC Nice , EA Guingamp and Panthrakikos . In 2009 he returned to Belgium and played from February 2009 until the end of the season for the third division club CS Visé . He then moved to the fourth division RFC Seraing, where he was active in the mid-1990s.

Before he finally ended his career, he played briefly in 2011 for the Belgian provincial club Royal Esneux Sport .

From 2004 to 2005 Bisconti played a total of 13 times for the Belgian national team . He made his debut on February 18, 2004 against France and played his last game on September 17, 2005 against San Marino .

In October 2012, the Belgian police were on a hunt for Bisconti after he had been sentenced to 18 months in prison for bankruptcy fraud and had to flee the judiciary to avoid the sentence. At the beginning of September 2013 it was announced that Bisconti had been sentenced to 200 hours of work for faking bankruptcy in order not to have to pay alimony to his ex-wife. He was also charged with tax fraud because he had not paid tax on any income he had received during his time at OGC Nice.
