Roberto Patricks Camilleri Azzopardi OFM (born April 4, 1951 in Ħamrun ) is a Maltese clergyman and Bishop of Comayagua .

Life

Roberto Patricks Camilleri Azzopardi joined the Order of the Franciscans (OFM) and received on June 29, 1975 through Pope Paul VI. the ordination .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Vagada and auxiliary bishop in Tegucigalpa on July 26, 2001 . He was ordained episcopate on August 15 of the same year by the Archbishop of Tegucigalpa, Cardinal Óscar Andrés Rodríguez Maradiaga SDB ; Co- consecrators were George Panikulam , Apostolic Nuncio in Honduras , and Geraldo Scarpone Caporale OFM, Bishop of Comayagua.

He was named Bishop of Comayagua on May 21, 2004, and was installed in office on July 24 of the same year.
