Robin Binder (born October 6, 1994 in Ludwigsburg ) is a German soccer player .
Career
Binder played in the youth division for SKV Eglosheim, TSF Ditzingen , FV Löchgau , VfB Stuttgart , SGV Freiberg football and SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg before he moved to SG Sonnenhof Großaspach in 2011 . Through the second team, Binder, who is used on the right side in both midfield and defense, made the jump to the first team in early 2014. In the second half of the 2013/14 season he made nine appearances in the Regionalliga Südwest, which Großaspach completed as a champion and then prevailed in the promotion games. At the start of the third division 2014/15 season , Binder came on as a substitute against Fortuna Köln , but then tore a cruciate ligament before the next matchday at the end of July and was out for almost ten months. In May 2015 he made his comeback on the last day of the season against Arminia Bielefeld . In preparation for the new season, Binder suffered a setback, his cruciate ligament tore again and another operation followed. The third league season 2015/16 he missed completely. It wasn't until a year and a half later that he returned to the field in November 2016 against 1. FSV Mainz 05 II .
At the beginning of the second half of the 2016/17 season, Binder was signed by Eintracht Trier , but the contract was terminated on January 28, 2017. Binder then joined the 1st CfR Pforzheim on January 31, 2017 .
