Robin Laycock (born August 23, 1957 ) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player .

Career

Coming from the junior team of the Calgary Canucks in the Alberta Junior Hockey League , he moved to the team of the University of Calgary in 1978 . Then in 1979 he moved his brother Bob Laycock to Germany for TSV Straubing in the 2nd Bundesliga . After another season he moved to the Bundesliga for EV Landshut for the 1981/82 season . After the next season in Landshut, where he became German champion , he played with his brother Rick Laycock at EHC Olten in Switzerland in 1983/84 and only played again in Rosenheim for the 1984/85 season at the Sportbund DJK Rosenheim . The following season he played again at the University of Calgary in the CIAU .
