Rodolphe William Seeldrayers (born December 16, 1876 in Düsseldorf , † October 7, 1955 in Brussels ) was a Belgian sport functional and from 1954 to 1955 the fourth president of FIFA .

Seeldrayers, son of the Belgian genre painter and football pioneer Émile Seeldrayers and brother of the Belgian Art Nouveau architect Fritz Seeldrayers (1878–1963), was Vice President of FIFA for 25 years and thus assistant to Jules Rimet . After Rimet's resignation, the Belgian became president of the world football association. During his tenure, FIFA celebrated its 50th anniversary. At this point in time, 85 associations had already joined FIFA. Seeldrayers died in Brussels one year after taking office. He was succeeded by Arthur Drewry .
