Rogersville is located in Northumberland County at the junction of New Brunswick Route 126 and New Brunswick Route 440 . Miramichi is around 25 kilometers to the north, Moncton around 90 kilometers to the south-west.
history
The place was by James Rogers , the Roman Catholic Bishop of Chatham (later diocese of Bathurst named) and today in particular, by two monasteries of Trappist known: the monastery Assomption for nuns and the convent Calvaire for monks .
