Rolf Geinert (born November 9, 1955 in Wuppertal ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

He graduated from high school in 1974. After completing his military service and studying at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Hagen - he completed the practical training phases at the city of Sprockhövel - Geinert became a graduate in administration . He then worked in various offices at the Sprockhövel city administration. In 1988 he moved to the Heilbronn city ​​administration , where he became head of the environment department. In 1990 he ran for the office of mayor of Neckarbischofsheim and was surprisingly able to prevail against the incumbent in the election. In 1998 he was re-elected.
