Rolf Najork

Rolf Najork (* 1961 in Bergisch Gladbach , Germany ) is a German manager .

Life

Rolf Najork was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the industrial company Bosch Rexroth on February 1, 2016 . He succeeded Karl Tragl , who left the company on January 31, 2016.

Najork studied mechanical engineering at RWTH Aachen University from 1983 to 1991 and graduated with a degree in engineering . He then held various positions at the Ford works in Cologne in the field of transmission development until 2003 . From 2003 to 2008 he was employed as Head of Development at Getrag Ford Transmissions and in 2008 was appointed Head of Research and Development for the Getrag Group . He then worked from 2011 to 2013 as divisional manager for e-mobility at the Schaeffler Group and from 2013 to 2015 as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the technology group Heraeus .

In 2016 he became CEO of Bosch Rexroth AG. Since January 2019 he has held the position of managing director at Robert Bosch GmbH .
