The Rolit House ( Ukrainian будинок Роліт ) is a building in the Ukrainian capital of Kiev and is known for its famous former residents.

The name of the house was formed from the first letters of житлового кооперативу " Ро бітник літ ератури" in German: Housing cooperative workers' literature .

The listed building was built in the 1930s on behalf of the Union of Soviet Writers by architects Vasyl Krychevskyj ( Василь Григорович Кричевський ) and Petro Kostyrko ( Петро Федорович Костиркович Костиркий ) with elements of the classical Constructivism .

On the facade of the house built on Lenin Street , today's Bohdan-Khmelnyzkyj-Strasse 68, there are 23 memorial plaques of writers who once lived here. The first memorial plaque was installed in 1958 and the last one in 2011.
