Career

society

Denneboom made his debut in professional football on February 9, 1998 for SC Heerenveen . By then he had already played for some of the club's youth teams. In the years that followed, the attacker was usually brought in as a substitute. For the 2003/04 season he prevailed for the starting eleven, but remained without regular goals. Because of this, Denneboom moved to Willem II Tilburg on loan for the rest of the season . For the 2004/05 season he was finally signed by the NEC Nijmegen . He stayed there for three years and drew the attention of teams like PSV Eindhoven and FC Twente Enschede with his good performances . With new goals he was the top scorer of his team in 2005/06. The fans voted him Player of the Year last year. In the summer of 2007, FC Twente finally secured the attacker's services. In the 2009/10 season, Denneboom was awarded to Sparta Rotterdam . After Denneboom left Twente in the summer of 2010, he completed trial training with the Scottish first division club Hibernian Edinburgh , which he successfully completed. However, no agreement was reached on the length of the contract. In January 2011 Denneboom flew with Arminia Bielefeld's team to the winter training camp in Belek to recommend himself for a contract with the German second division club. On January 11, 2011 Denneboom signed a contract until the end of the season with Arminia, which would have been extended for another year in the event of relegation. After the relegation of Arminia from the second Bundesliga after the 2010/11 season, he did not receive a new contract and moved to the Harkemase Boys in January 2012 in the Dutch top class .

National team

On September 3, 2004 Denneboom made his debut against Lichtenstein in the Dutch national team . It was his only appearance in the orange dress so far .
