Ronald Equal
Ronald Gleich (born November 1, 1962 ) is a German business economist.
Life
Following an apprenticeship as a banker at the Kreissparkasse Waiblingen and a degree in technically oriented business administration at the University of Stuttgart (Dipl.-Kfm.), Ronald Gleich was a research assistant at the Chair for General Business Administration and Controlling at the University of Stuttgart from January 1991 to December 2002. There doctorate he 1995 Péter Horváth to Dr. rer. pole. In 2000 the habilitation followed . From January 2003 to July 2020, Gleich held the chair for industrial management at the EBS University of Economics and Law , and since August 2020 he has held the chair for management practice and control at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management .
At the EBS University of Economics and Law , Gleich was Commercial Director (2004–2005), Vice Rector for Continuing Education (2004–2006), Managing Director of EBS Executive Education GmbH (2004–2012), Head of the Strascheg Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (2007– 2020) and dean of the EBS Executive School (2019–2020).
From 1999 to 2005, Gleich held a leading position at the management consultancy Horváth & Partners , and from 2013 to 2019 he was in charge of the Horváth Academy.
