Kodritsch's artistic field is media pluralistic. The constant change between traditional media such as painting and drawing, photography and the moving image determine his work.

As part of the Poncho Brothers (Roxy Poncho), Ronald Kodritsch and Georg Pruscha caused confusion in public spaces. Disguised as Horst Tappert and Pierre Brice, they protested on the occasion of the awarding of the Austrian Cross of Honor for Science and Art to Uschi Glas , or set up an office for canonizations with stations in Austria and Germany.

His film "SAMMLER-Saliera II" deals cynically with the theft of the Saliera . Kodritsch's paintings are often personally sarcastic statements about current events and society - with a tendency to exaggerate, such as the picture Viva Las Vegas, which shows the headless body of the magician Roy , wounded by his white tiger , or a crashed car in front of the a firefighter laughs mischievously inappropriately for the terrible situation in itself.
