Roos van der Hoeven (born January 23, 1985 in Rotterdam ) is a Dutch beach volleyball player .

Career

Van der Hoeven finished ninth in 2004 with Leonie Penninga at the U21 World Cup in Porto Santo . In 2008 she completed her first international beach volleyball tournament with Jantine van der Vlist at the Marseille Open . At the 2010 European Championships in Berlin, the Dutch were eliminated as the bottom group after the preliminary round. She later reached the top ten of an open tournament for the first time in seventh place in Phuket . The 2011 World Cup in Rome ended again without a win in the group stage. After the Grand Slam in Stare Jabłonki they ended their collaboration. Van der Hoeven played in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee with Marloes Wesselink , with whom she was eliminated at the European Championships in Kristiansand in the round of 16 against the Germans Goller / Ludwig .

Laura Bloem was her partner in 2012 and Jessica Smit in 2014 . Since 2015 van der Hoeven has played exclusively at national tournaments with various partners.
