The Augsburger Puppenkiste and last years

In 1948 the family founded the Augsburger Puppenkiste . From day one, Rose Oehmichen made the costumes and dressed the dolls. She also carved puppets with great skill. She also spoke many characters herself and breathed their soul into them. In Germany she is inseparably known from the figure of Frau Holle .
