Rossana Martini

Rossana Martini (born September 10, 1926 in Empoli , † February 2, 1988 in Trieste ) was an Italian actress .

Life

Martini first attracted attention in 1946 when she won the first, turbulent Miss Italy election. She was married to the actor and film producer Nino Crisman until his death in 1983.

The tall and graceful, always somewhat reserved and shy actress made her film debut in 1948 as Laura in the film I contrabbandieri del mare, directed by Roberto Bianchi Montero . In the following, she played in films that did not demand her existing acting qualities. In addition to Alberto Sordi , Martini could be seen in Brevi amori a Palma di Majorca ; Her last appearance was next to Terence Hill in Carlo Lizzani's drama The Blue-Eyed Bandit , in which she played "Signora Benedetto". She has also appeared in films under the name Rossana Krisman .
