Roswitha Hamadani

Roswitha Hamadani ( Roswitha Reinhard-Hamadani , Roswitha Hamadani-Dabagh , * 7 August 1944 in Graz as Roswitha Reinhard ) is an Austrian writer .

Life

Roswitha Hamadani studied German and Slavic studies at the University of Graz . She closed this study in 1970 on the promotion of Doctor of Philosophy . In addition to her work as a librarian , she is also active as a writer . In 1982 she took part in the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt . Today she lives in Zurich .

Roswitha Hamadani is the author of novels , short stories , poems and radio plays .

Roswitha Hamadani is a member of the Graz Authors' Assembly . In 1978 she was awarded the Paula von Preradović Prize .
