Rothschwaig is part of the municipality of the Upper Bavarian town of Fürstenfeldbruck in Bavaria in the district of Aich.

The wasteland lies in a forest clearing about 43 hectares , about three and a half kilometers southwest of Fürstenfeldbruck.

On January 1, 1978, Rothschwaig, which previously belonged to the municipality of Aich , was incorporated into Fürstenfeldbruck when it was dissolved.

The house of the Einödhof, probably built around 1775, is classified as an architectural monument (see also the list of architectural monuments in Rothschwaig ).
