Rotiboy is a company founded by Hiro Tan , which specializes primarily in the production of sweet Mexican buns , which are called Rotiboy or Rotiboybun . In addition, around 60 other types of bread , cakes and other pastries are also offered.

Surname

The name Rotiboy is traced back to a fact in the Tan family in which one of the nephews was referred to as "Naughty boy" ( English for "bad boy"). This then gave the name Rotiboy. The logo is also attributed to the boy, whose facial features are supposed to be reproduced in the same.

history

Rotiboy was founded in April 1998 by Hiro Tan in Bukit Mertajam ( Penang / Malaysia ). But the Rotiboy / Rotiboybun was only introduced with the move to Kuala Lumpur in January 2002 and brought the company enormous economic success.

There are now Rotiboy branches in Malaysia (9), Indonesia (20), Thailand (10) and Korea .
