The Rousseau Peak (English; Spanish Picacho Rousseau ) is a 272 m high, rocky and non-iced mountain on Greenwich Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In Breznik Heights, it rises 3 km southeast of the foothills of Ash Point and 0.9 km southeast of the shores of Discovery Bay .
Scientists of the 1st Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1946–1947) named him after Captain Óscar H. Rousseau of the Argentine Navy , who took part in this research trip at the invitation of the Chilean government.
