The Route nationale 27 (RN 27) is a 275 km long mostly unpaved national road in the regions of Ihorombe and Atsimo-Atsinanana in the south-east of Madagascar. It branches off from the RN 7 at Ihosy and heads south-east via Sahambano , Analavoky , Ivohibe , Maropaika and Mahatsinjo to Farafangana on the RN 12 .
