The Route nationale 30a (RN 30a) is a 28 km long national road on the island of Nosy Be , which belongs to the Diana region, off the northwest coast of Madagascar. It begins in the island's capital Andoany (Hell-Ville) in the south of the island and goes first in a westerly and then northwards direction to Andilana in the north-west of the island. The RN 30a mostly bears the street name "Route de l'Ouest" (West Street).
