The Route nationale 1bis (RN 1bis) is a 474 km long national road in the regions of Itasy , Bongolava , Menabe and Melaky in central and western Madagascar. It branches off the RN 1 at Analavory and leads as an alternative route to the RN 1 in a westerly direction to Tsiroanomandidy and from there to the RN 8a at Maintirano on the west coast.
