The RN13 east of Amboasary

The Route nationale 13 (RN 13) is a 493 km long, partly paved national road in Madagascar . It branches off from Route nationale 7 in Ihosy and leads via Betroka , Isoanala , Beraketa and Ambovombe , where the RN 10 branches off, to Tolagnaro (Fort-Dauphin) on the south coast of Madagascar. Because of the political instability in Madagascar since 2009 , the European Union decided not to finance a renewal of the road for the time being.
