The Route nationale 8 (RN 8) is a 198 km long, unpaved national road in the southwest of Madagascar in the provinces Atsimo-Andrefana and Melaky . It begins at Morondava on the RN 35 and runs in a northerly direction via Belo sur Tsiribihina to Bekopaka and on to Antsalova , where it merges into the RN 8a . Not far from Morondava is the Baobaballee on this street .
