Roy Eefting (born September 4, 1989 in Harderwijk ) is a Dutch cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2004 Roy Eefting started cycling. In 2007 he finished second in the overall classification of the Dutch junior race 't Hoogeland Tweedaagse . In the following years he won or placed in the top ten criteria in his home country. In 2012 he won the Ronde van Zuid-Holland .

At the U23 European Championships in 2011 Eefting won the silver medal in the Omnium , the following year with Dion Beukeboom , Jenning Huizenga and Tim Veldt bronze at the European Elite Championships . In 2019 he became vice world champion in scratch . In 2018 and 2019 he also won several stages in tours in China.
