Rußberg is a hamlet in the Rietheim district in the municipality of Rietheim-Weilheim in the Tuttlingen district in Baden-Württemberg and a field name used as an appellative .

The hamlet is 875  m above sea level. NN on the plateau of the Swabian Alb . About 80 people live in a loose, but mostly three-center hamlet. Politically, Russberg belonged to the independent municipality of Rietheim in the Württemberg Oberamt Tuttlingen . On January 1st, 1975, the hamlet became part of the newly formed municipality of Rietheim-Weilheim. There are two restaurants. There is also a 13 km long trail in winter . The place is on the Swabian Alb northern edge way .

The hamlet is crossed in a south-north direction by the community road between Tuttlingen and the L 438 (district Dürbheim ), which is also the shortest route between the neighboring district towns of Tuttlingen and Balingen . Towards the west, a communal connecting road over a kilometer long overcomes the 150 m difference in altitude to the Rietheim district of “Höfle”. To the east there is an unsecured path into Ursental .
