Rubensstrasse 3 in Obermenzing

The residential building at Rubensstrasse 3 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1897. The villa on Rubensstrasse is a protected architectural monument .

The villa with a hipped roof and half-timbered upper floor was designed by August Exter . The house, which was part of the early development of the street, was rebuilt in a slightly different form as No. 6 of the street. The middle risalit had a dome before the renovation in 1977 .
