Rudamun I (sometimes also Rudjamun ; after Schneider Rudjamun (II.)) Was an ancient Egyptian pharaoh (king) of the 23rd Dynasty ( Third Intermediate Period ). When exactly he reigned is not clear, the assumptions are from around 754 to around 735/730 BC. Chr.

With his wife and mother Tentsai he fathered a daughter Irbastetudjanefu. She is the wife of Prince Padeftjauemauibastet of Herakleopolis .

biography

As a builder

There is only little construction activity in Karnak (Temple of Osiris ) and perhaps Medinet Habu (also vessel; coffin fragment from the grave of a descendant of Rudamun)
