Rudi Rhode

Rudi Rhode (* 1957 in Münster ) is a German communication trainer. The social scientist and former actor has published several publications on body language , communication and conflict management .

Life

Rudi Rhode studied social sciences and music at the University of Wuppertal . From 1984 to 1998 he worked as an actor and mime on BASTA Theater in Wuppertal . As part of this activity, he also had international appearances in various countries.

In 1996 he started his own business as a communication and personal trainer . He concentrates on the areas of business and politics as well as teacher training . His work was reported on several times on television, particularly on WDR and ZDF . He analyzed the body language of US presidential candidate John Kerry for the cultural magazine aspects . As an expert in body language, he has also appeared at Planet Wissen , Planetopia , ZDF morning magazine, business magazine BIZZ and Deutschlandfunk . He has lectured and held guest seminars at the universities of Augsburg , Bremen , Bielefeld , Göttingen and the University of Economics, among others .

So far he has written eight books on the subjects of communication, conflict and body language together with his wife Mona Sabine Meis , professor for art and cultural education at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences .
