Rudolf Bott
Rudolf Bott (* 1956 in Stockstadt am Main ) is a goldsmith whose work has received numerous awards.
Life
At the age of 19, Bott completed his three-year training as a goldsmith at the GA Korff company in Hanau and then worked for the Hermann Kunkler workshop in Raesfeld for two years , before he began studying in 1978 at one of the oldest goldsmith training centers in Europe, the Hanau State Drawing Academy . which he completed in 1980 with his master's examination. After working for three years in Max Pollinger's studio in Munich , he was admitted to the Munich Academy of Fine Arts in 1983 . He graduated in 1989 in the jewelry and equipment class with Hermann Jünger and Erwin Sattler. Since then, Bott has been working independently, with the exception of the years from 1997 to 1999, when he held a professorship at Pforzheim University .
Today Bott lives in Kirchbuch .
