Rudolf Haemmerle

Rudolf Hämmerle (born June 19, 1904 in Dornbirn ; † August 16, 1984 there ) was an Austrian politician (ÖVP), engineer and textile industrialist. From 1962 to 1970 Hämmerle was a member of the Austrian National Council.

Life

After graduating from the secondary school in Dornbirn , Hämmerle studied engineering at the technical universities in Munich , Stuttgart , Hanover and Berlin . From 1923 he was a member of the Corps Rheno-Palatia Munich . Hämmerle was admitted to the NSDAP as early as May 1, 1933 . After the annexation of Austria he was assigned the membership number 1,620,889 as an old fighter . He was also a member of the SS since 1938 . After becoming a qualified engineer and textile engineer in Reutlingen in 1932 , he joined FM Hämmerle in 1933 . He was appointed to the Kommerzialrat and was a member of the Nationalrat (Austria) for the Austrian People's Party from 1962 to 1970 .
