Rudolf Klinger

Rudolf Klinger (* 10. April 1937 in Pleinfeld ) is a German politician of the CSU .

Life

After graduating from high school, Klinger passed the 1st and, in 1963, the 2nd state examination for teaching at grammar school in the subjects of English and sport . In 1973 he became senior director of studies at the Senefelder School in Treuchtlingen . He is of the Catholic faith .

politics

In 1966 Klinger was elected to the market council in Pleinfeld, and in 1970 he became chairman of the CSU parliamentary group. In 1973 he became 2nd mayor in Pleinfeld.

In 1978 he became a member of the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district council , and from 1984 to 1987 he was deputy district administrator.

From 1986 to 2003 he sat, always directly elected in the constituency of Weißenburg-Stadt und Land, Gunzenhausen in the Bavarian state parliament . In the Cabinet Stoiber II was Klinger Secretary of State for Science and Art .
