Runhild Laubmann

Runhild Laubmann (* 1944 in Meiningen ) is a German teacher and painter in the Upper Franconian town of Hof .

Career

Runhild Laubmann grew up in Würzburg and Koblenz . She first attended the Ehrenbreitstein elementary school and completed her schooling at the Hof and Neuendettelsau grammar schools. She then studied pedagogy in Nuremberg and initially worked as a handicraft and home economics teacher in elementary school and from 1984 in grammar school. From 1974 she carried out solo and group exhibitions. Since 1975 she worked at the Schiller-Gymnasium Hof and at the Jean-Paul-Gymnasium Hof, specializing in textile work and art.

Artistic creation

Runhild Laubmann is a founding member and second chairwoman of the Kunstverein Hof e. V., since 2005 she has been honorary chairman. She had been a member of the Nordfranken group since 1975 . Since 2001 she has been a member of the Kunstverein Plauen e. V.

She received prizes and awards for naive painting and an award for the photo So that we don't lose sight of each other in 2006. She regularly held workshops for children in the Kunstverein Hof.
