Sägmühle is a district of the municipality Weiding in the Upper Palatinate district of Schwandorf in Bavaria .
Geographical location
The three buildings (two houses and a chapel) of the desert Sägmühle are in the valley of the Hüttenbach south of Stadlern . The Sägmühle is, counted from Stadlern, the fourth mill in the Hüttenbach Valley (above: Stadlermühle , Tobacco Mill , Cäcilienmühle (ruins)). Weiding is around 2.5 kilometers to the west.

The sawmill is mentioned in writing in 1807 with 12 inhabitants. As of March 23, 1913 (Easter), the sawmill was listed as part of the Weiding parish with 2 houses and 15 residents. On December 31, 1990, the sawmill had 4 residents and belonged to the parish of Weiding.
