Anders grew up in the Haiger district of Fellerdilln and did his apprenticeship in the Westerwald. He then expanded his knowledge in Baiersbronn with Jörg Sackmann , in Osnabrück with Thomas Bühner and in Wittlich with Helmut Thieltges . In May 2012, Anders left the Oberland wine tavern and in July 2012 became head chef of the Klenerts restaurant on the Turmberg in Karlsruhe's Durlach district . On August 15, 2012, he opened the Anders Superior gourmet area with 14 to 24 seats in the Klenerts restaurant . Since January 1, 2013, the former Klenerts (the couple has withdrawn) is called Anders auf dem Turmberg with the aforementioned star area and Turmberg Brasserie , the regional area. The gourmet restaurant was once again awarded a star in the Michelin Guide in 2012. In May 2013, he was elected one of the 12 greatest young talents in the German-speaking region and therefore took part in the CHEFS Next Generation in Cologne in September 2013.
