The Southwest German Baseball and Softball Association (SWBSV) is the regional association of the German Baseball and Softball Association (DBV) responsible for Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland . 9 baseball and softball clubs are organized in it. The SWBSV was founded in 1989. The seat of the association is Ludwigshafen am Rhein ; the office is in Mainz .

Game operation

The SWBSV is responsible for the organization of the game operations under the three DBV leagues. In women's and youth softball, the organization is carried out together with the Hessian Baseball and Softball Association (HBSV).
