The SFV Women's Cup was held once in the 1998/99 season and will remain a novelty in Salzburg women's football for the time being due to the low number of women's football teams (2017: six teams).

The SFV Women's Cup was introduced in the 1998/99 season and brought PSV Schwarz-Weiß Salzburg 4-0 (half-time 2-0) to ESV ASKÖ Saalfelden-Harham in the final game in Saalfelden .
Both due to the low level of interest and the increased cessation of the Salzburg women's soccer teams in the following two years, there has been no further edition of the SFV Women's Cup to date (2019).
