The cup competition is called the OÖ Ladies Cup and is a qualifying competition for the ÖFB Ladies Cup . Union Kleinmünchen's second team won the title in the 2018/19 season.

As the second national association, the StFV decided to hold a women's soccer cup. The new competition starts in 2007 and the ASKÖ Dionysen / Traun called itself the first Styrian women's cup winner who has won this title three times to date. Further cup winners are SV Garsten and Union Geretsberg, who were twice successful, LASK Ladies together with ASKÖ Linz Zöhrdorf, Union Kleinmünchen, FC Wels, SV Garsten and Union Geretsberg were able to win once.

So far no sponsor has been won for the women's cup competition and so the competition is called OÖ Ladies Cup.

Game mode, participants and draw

The OÖFV Women's Cup is held in a knockout system. All rounds are decided in one game, until the round of 16 the club that plays in the lower league has home rights. If both clubs play in the same league, the former club has home rights at the time of the draw. Home rights will be drawn from the round of 16. In the final, the winner of the first semi-final game drawn is considered the home team, the winner of the second semi-final game drawn as the away team. If there is a tie after 90 minutes, extra time of 2 times 15 minutes is played. If there is still no winner, this will be determined in a penalty shoot-out.

  • 1st round: Preliminary round (clubs from regional league, class north / east & class south / west)
  • 2nd round: main round (clubs 2nd women's league middle / west and upper Austrian women's league enter)
  • 3rd round: Round of 16: 16 participants
  • 4th round: quarter-finals: 8 participants
  • 5th round: semi-finals: 4 participants
  • 6th round: Final: 2 participants
