Sabine Tröger

Sabine Tröger (born July 7, 1967 in Vienna ) is a former Austrian sprinter .

At the European Athletics Indoor Championships in 1989 in The Hague, she was seventh over 60 meters and won bronze over 200 meters .

In 1992 she was eighth over 60 meters at the European Indoor Championships in Genoa and again won bronze over 200 meters. At the Olympic Games in Barcelona she reached the quarter-finals over 100 and 200 meters.

In 1993 she was eliminated from the World Championships in Stuttgart over 100 meters in the semi-finals and over 200 meters in the quarter-finals. In 1994 she was sixth over 60 meters at the European Indoor Championships in Paris . At the European Championships in Helsinki she reached the semifinals over 100 meters and was eliminated over 200 meters in the preliminary run.

From 1989 to 1994 she was six times Austrian champion in the 100 and 200 meters, in 1991 and 1992 in the 400 meters . In the hall she won ten national titles over 60 meters (1986-1995) and six times over 200 meters (1989-1993, 1995).
