Sadie Sink (born April 16, 2002 in Brenham , Texas ) is an American actress .

Life

Sadie Sink was born on April 16, 2002 in Brenham . She gained her first acting experience in childhood on the theater stages of Houston . She gained greater fame in 2013 when she took on the title role of the musical Annie on Broadway . There she also played on the side of Helen Mirren in The Audience .

She also got her first television role in 2013 when she starred in an episode of The Americans . The following year, she appeared on an episode in the series Blue Bloods - Crime Scene New York . She played the recurring role of Suzanne Ballard in the 2015 NBC series American Odyssey .

In 2016, Sadie Sink appeared in Chuck for the first time on screen. The film Schloss aus Glas followed in 2017 , where she played alongside Woody Harrelson . In the second and third seasons of the Netflix hit series Stranger Things , Sadie Sink has played the role of Maxine "Max" Mayfield ("Madmax)" since 2017 .
