Saeid Mohammadpour Karkaragh ( Persian سعید محمدپور کرکرق,; * March 3, 1993 in Ardabil ) is a former Iranian weightlifter .
biography
Saeid Mohammadpour, who was Junior World Champion in 2011 and 2012, won silver in pushing and tackling at the 2011 World Championships .
At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London , he competed in the middle heavyweight division and finished fifth. After being the only athlete among the top seven who did not have a positive doping test, he was subsequently named Olympic champion in 2016.
