Saensak Muangsurin
Saensak Muangsurin ( Thai แสน ศักดิ์ เมือง สุรินทร์ ; actually: Boonsong Mansri ( บุญส่ง มั่น ศรี ); * 13. August 1950 in Phetchabun , Thailand ; † 16th April 2009 in Bangkok , Thailand) is a former Thai boxer in the Light Welterweight .
Saensak was already in his 3rd professional fight WBC world champion and thus set a new record regardless of the weight classes . On June 21, 2014, this record was set by the Ukrainian Vasyl Lomatschenko , when he won the vacant WBO world title in featherweight against the American Gary Russell by majority decision .
In his 4th fight Saensak lost the belt to the Spaniard Miguel Velázquez by disqualification in the 4th round. However, he won it in a direct rematch by TKo in round 2 and defended it several times in a row.
