history
The villa was built by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in 1898 in the neo-renaissance style. The property is a two-storey Sandsteinquaderbau with basement and cut off hipped roof and giebelten projections . The central projections form the focal point of the strictly symmetrical main fronts of the villa. The decorative gables are designed in the neo-renaissance style.
A fencing that was created at the same time belongs to the villa.
