The Salinenstrasse 4a property in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian Monument List under number D-6-72-114-335 .

history

The villa was built by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf in 1898 in the neo-renaissance style. The property is a two-storey Sandsteinquaderbau with basement and cut off hipped roof and giebelten projections . The central projections form the focal point of the strictly symmetrical main fronts of the villa. The decorative gables are designed in the neo-renaissance style.

A fencing that was created at the same time belongs to the villa.
