Salnikowo ( Russian Са́льниково ) is a village (derevnja) in the Nizhny Novgorod Oblast in Russia with 10 permanent residents (as of October 14, 2010).
It is located on the left bank of the river Aksha about 3 km upstream of its confluence with the Tyosha River and is part of the rural community (selskoje posselenije) Beryozovsky selsowet of Rajons Arsamasski . The village is about 4 km southwest of the municipality seat Berjosowka, a good 3 km from the southern outskirts of the Rajon center of Arsamas and a good 100 km south of Nizhny Novgorod as the crow flies .
