Sam Houser

Sam Houser (* 1971 in London ) is a British computer game developer .

Life

Together with Terry Donovan , his brother Dan Houser , Jamie King and Gary J. Foreman , he founded the subsidiary of Take 2 Interactive , Rockstar Games , in 1998 and is its president. Since March 1998, Houser has been Vice President of Take 2 Interactive. Houser was one of the inventors, writers and executive producers of the Grand Theft Auto games ; in the first game he took over the direction . He has been the director of the series since the third game in the GTA series. In 2009, he and his brother Dan were ranked among the 100 most important game developers of all time by the US online game magazine IGN .
