Samagir
The "Evenk Nationality Congregation Samagir " ( Chinese 萨马 街 鄂温克 民族乡 , Pinyin Sàmǎjiē Èwēnkè Mínzú Xiāng ) is located in the independent city of Zalantun , which belongs to the administrative area of the independent city of Hulun Buir in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China . Samagir has an area of 2596 km². At the end of 2003, there were 8,764 inhabitants. The nationality congregation was founded on September 27, 1984. It is located in the southwest of the administrative area of Zalantun, on the eastern slope of the Great Hinggan Mountains directly on the banks of the Jiqin He (济 沁河).
economy
Samagir has 1817 km² of forest, 534 km² of grassland and only 83 km² of arable land. Accordingly, the community lives mainly from forestry, which mainly uses birch , oak , aspen , willow and cherry apple . The forests Samagirs are beyond rich in Isubrahirschen , deer , wild boars , otters and grouse . Added to this is the growing economic importance of the use of wild vegetables for organic nutrition and herbs for traditional Chinese medicine. In Samagir these are mainly: monkey head mushroom , ear lobes fungus , mushrooms , hazelnuts , Bracken , daylilies , tragacanth , balloon flowers , Fangfeng ( Saposhnikovia divaricata ), Cangzhu ( Atractylodes lancea ), Chinese hare ear ( Bupleurum chinense ) and Peony ( Paeonia obovata ).
Evenks
The community is one of the traditional settlement areas of the northern Tungusian hunter people, the Evenks , who today only make up a small minority (less than 400 people) of the population and - legally stipulated - the mayor Samagir. Around the year Shunzhi 18 (1661), Evenk hunter families moved from the north to the catchment area of the Nen Jiang and from there gradually further west into the Great Hinggan Mountains. In Guangxu 17 (1891) the Evenk hunter Samayir (萨马伊 热) set up camp with his family on the bank of the Jiqin He, which soon developed into a small settlement from which today's Samagir arose.
Administrative structure
Samagir is made up of six villages. These are:
- Malonggou Village (马隆 沟村), seat of the municipal government;
- Halakouzi village (哈拉 口子 村);
- Hongpaotai New Village (红 炮台 新村);
- Hulin village (护林 村);
- Evenk village Liemin (鄂温克 猎民 村), the "Evenk hunter village";
- Tuanjie Village (团结 村).
